In season 9, Cook’s Country from America’s Test Kitchen uncovers blue-ribbon regional specialties from across the country (Puffy Tacos, Spicy Cheese Bread, Brunswick Stew, and more) and tackles classic American fare in need of a makeover (Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf, Mixed Berry Scones, Breakfast Pizza, Cedar-Planked Salmon with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce, and more).
