Cooking Procedure:
1. At first Prepare Green Chilli paste and Garam Masala powder with yalukalu (Cardemom), Jeera (Cumin), Chekka (Cinnamon), Javitri (mace), Miriyalu(Black pepper), Biryani aku (Bay Leaves), Lavangalu (Cloves) and Anasa Puvvu (Star Anise).
2. In a Cooking pot put the chicken pieces and add powdered Garam masala, Mint/Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli Paste, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Curd and Oil/Ghee, brown Onions. (Keep the remaining half brown onions for later use).
3. Mix it thoroughly and marinate for 30 Mins.
4. Now Half Cook the Rice in another vessel with Ghee, Jeera (Cumin), Chekka (Cinnamon), yalukalu (Cardemom) and Anasa Puvvu (Star Anise). Add some boiling water from rice into the marination and mix.
5. At Last layer the half boiled rice upon the marinate. Garnish with coriander Leaves, Brown Onions, food color and then cook for 20-25 Min at medium flame.
