Last year I uploaded a seafood boil recipe with crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and clams. A lot of you loved the recipe, and asked me to do a seafood free version – so here it is! I’m sharing my recipe for a low country neck bone boil!
Ingredients: Smoked Pork Neck Bones, Carrots, Potatoes, Corn on the Cobbs, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, and Water
Tools used: Slow cooker ( I used a 6qt Crock-Pot).
