Description given on Youtube:
HAARP AUSTRALIA a closer look 24 hours after at the white lines .
By the looks of things this strange pressure system is still parked over Melbourne.
One would think this pressure system is deflecting cooler temps moving up from the polar regions??
Any thoughts please comment.
