August 15, 2016 By Editor

Description given on Youtube:
Rockhampton offers a stylish twist on rural north-Queensland. While urban developments are in place, the city never fails to preserve its rich colonial heritage. Just on the outskirt of town is the amazing heritage town. Explore colonial buildings, museums and see the weekly livestock exchange that makes Rockhampton famous for its beef.

How to find automotive electrical shorts

August 13, 2016 By Editor

Description given on Youtube:
Want to see what my homemade 12v short finding automotive circuit breakers look like? I posted pictures of them here http://www.youfixcars.com/electrical-shorts.html

Finding automotive electrical shorts that blow fuses can be time consuming. This video shows you a logical method you can use to hunt down wiring short circuits in your car. Also included is information about the inexpensive tools I use to save on replacement fuses. Using an automotive circuit breaker that is the same size as the fuse that is blowing can help isolate the shorted area.

October 25, 2011 – Hearing on “Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act of 2011”

August 12, 2016 By Editor

Description given on Youtube:
“Today’s hearing considers yet another bill to allow more air pollution, more asthma, and more heart attacks. And once again, it’s a bait and switch. The bill’s sponsors say the legislation is narrowly targeted to help farmers. In fact, the bill is drafted broadly and has sweeping anti-environment effects. We are going to hear today that we must pass H.R. 1633 to stop EPA from regulating farming. This isn’t just nonsense. It’s pure fantasy.” – Ranking Member Waxman

Country Chicken Curry in my Province | Rooster and Hen Curry Recipe | Rooster chicken fry in village

The chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) is a type of domesticated fowl, a subspecies of the red junglefowl. It is one of the most common and widespread domestic animals, with a population of more than 19 billion as of 2011. Humans keep chickens primarily as a source of food, consuming both their meat and their eggs.

Genetic studies have pointed to multiple maternal origins in Southeast-, East-, and South Asia, but with the clade found in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa originating in the Indian subcontinent. From India, the domesticated chicken was imported to Lydia in western Asia Minor, and to Greece by the fifth century BC. Fowl had been known in Egypt since the mid-15th century BC, with the “bird that gives birth every day” having come to Egypt from the land between Syria and Shinar, Babylonia, according to the annals of Thutmose III. The chicken genome has changed less from feathered ancestors eradicated by the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event than those of other sequenced avian dinosaurs

In the UK and Ireland adult male chickens over the age of one year are primarily known as cocks, whereas in America, Australia and Canada they are more commonly called roosters. Males less than a year old are cockerels. Castrated roosters are called capons. Females over a year old are known as hens and younger females as pullets although in the egg-laying industry, a pullet becomes a hen when she begins to lay eggs at 16 to 20 weeks of age. In Australia and New Zealand (also sometimes in Britain), there is a generic term chook to describe all ages and both sexes. The young are called chicks and the meat is called chicken.

“Chicken” originally referred to young domestic fowl. The species as a whole was then called domestic fowl, or just fowl. This use of “chicken” survives in the phrase “Hen and Chickens”, sometimes used as a British public house or theatre name, and to name groups of one large and many small rocks or islands in the sea (see for example Hen and Chicken Islands). The word “chicken” is sometimes erroneously construed to mean females exclusively, despite the term “hen” for females being in wide circulation.
